What is available through the Mobile Clinic?

During these hours, community members may walk up for these services - no appointment necessary.

• Free naloxone nasal spray to carry with you and education on how to save a life during an overdose—whether it’s a prescription opioid, heroin, or a drug containing fentanyl
• Free fentanyl test strips to prevent opioid overdose
• Free, rapid screenings for blood pressure, HIV and hepatitis C, and connection to prevention and treatment resources
• Free condoms and lubrication to support sexual wellness
• Free hygiene kits with items such as toothpaste/toothbrush, feminine products, body wipes/wash, shaving supplies, lotion, etc.
• A nurse assessment of vital signs, medical concerns and medication reconciliation, with linkage to primary care and/or behavioral health services
• Help with registration and scheduling a mental health or addiction recovery assessment, to access counseling, psychiatry, case management and other Signature Health services
• Safe Syringe Exchange Program; Drop by our Mobile Clinic to exchange syringes privately and easily. Individuals do not need to turn in syringes to access new ones.
