The Conneaut Public Library is thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of the Event Center! Families of all ages are invited to the Center Stage Celebration, the grand opening of the Event Center Stage at the Conneaut Public Library on Wednesday, June 12th. The Event Center Stage has been a project in the making for over thirty years – being built as a midtown community space for patrons of all ages. The Formal Ribbon Cutting is at 11:00 AM. The Family Ribbon Cutting will start the evening’s programs at 3:00 PM and conclude with Jungle Terry at 5:30 PM. Come early to tour the new space including the stage, concession stand, and restrooms. A full schedule of events is listed below.
After a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony and photos, the Conneaut High School Marching Band will kick the event off with Spartan spirit, followed by a Teen Tournament using #CHECKOUTCONNEAUT games. Families are encouraged to come and stay throughout the afternoon for fun on the lawn. Bring chairs or blankets to sit on!
